Program description
SpotSitter SMS messages are optional text alerts for Disney dining and Enchanting Extras availability matching watches you create in your SpotSitter account. Messages may also include account-related notices such as verification, billing, support, or service-status updates. You can review and turn on SMS alerts on our text alerts page.
Consent and frequency
By saving a mobile number for SMS delivery or enabling SMS for a watch, you consent to receive recurring text messages from SpotSitter at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your saved watches and detected availability, typically 0 to 20 messages per month per watch.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any SpotSitter SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@spotsitter.com or disable SMS from your account settings.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is used to operate SpotSitter alerts and account messaging, and is shared only with service providers needed to deliver messages. See the Privacy Policy for details.
